Which Gen Are You?

1. Gen-Y professional want to perform well and contribute to their company, but unlike many of their parents and other boomers, they don’t want to sacrifice their personal lives.
2. Most Gen Y-ers will not respect someone simply based on seniority or level. They respect people based on merit and demonstrated competent.
3. They expect performance of the individual tasks to be evaluated based on the quality of the output, not where the work was completed or how often the manager saw you working.
4. They learned early on that corporate loyalty doesn’t pay, especially since corporations have their own best interest in mind.
